Firstly thanks for the wonderful idea.
I used dokuwiki_on_a_stick and etherpad lite on my windows pc and things seem to work. except cant get the list of pads in tree on the left side. in my case case the left panel i always blank and when i try to create a new page, just dont get it to open in etherpad.

seems like a good idea, but it doesn’t work. what version of dokuwiki are you using? i have the nightly / git version. neither new nor existing pages open up in etherpad-lite.

not sure what you might be doing.. dokuwiki pages aren’t meant to open in etherpad. Rather, it’s the other way around.
